Register for Foam rolling & Ball rolling : Foam Rolling 101

Learn to use your foam roller properly to release tightness in your fascia and connective tissue. Learn how to address muscles tightness versus fascial restrictions. Release trigger points (knots) using trigger point release. Feel oh so good when you leave.

We are never on one part of the body for more than about 1-2 minutes so you don't have to worry about being tortured on the foam roller for too long.

Ball rolling techniques are implemented when the foam roller doesn't effectively contact the target area. If you are bringing your own foam roller, please let us know.
