Register for Essentrics (Tuesday) : Spring session

Essentrics is a non impact, full body workout that helps in developing lean, strong and flexible muscles while improving posture. This is achieved through a dynamic combination of stretching and strengthening movements.

This session starts Tuesday May 22nd 6:30-7:30pm and runs for 6weeks. (you have the opportunity to join for 6 weeks or do drop in if the space allows).

Combining Essentrics with more Barre exercises can really amp up the level of intensity and overall muscular strength, stamina and endurance. This creates long, lean muscles.

You will be surprised how this gentle movement practice can awaken 'sleeping' muscles and improve muscle endurance and stamina in the shoulders glutes, legs and feet.

The trademark elements in barre don’t have to be done with a bar. We work our muscles, then pulse in smaller movements and toning of the muscles come quite naturally and quickly. By the end of the class, the entire body has felt the effects with slight more focus on core, legs, glutes and shoulders.
